License Management
The License Management section enables the creation of licenses for different types of vehicles including motorcycles, light vehicles, and heavy vehicles.
License Creation
In the License Management section, users can create licenses for fleet based on different vehicle categories. The vehicle types supported are:
- Motorcycle
- Light Vehicle
- Heavy Vehicle
Create a License
To create a new license, follow these steps:

Fleet ID:
Select the fleet from the list or search for the fleet's ID. -
License Number:
Enter the license number for the vehicle. -
Traffic Code Number:
Provide the relevant traffic code number for the vehicle. -
License Type:
Select the type of vehicle for which the license is being created:- Motorcycle
- Light Vehicle
- Heavy Vehicle

Place of Issue:
Select the location where the license was issued. -
Issue Date:
Enter the date the license was issued (dd/mm/yyyy). -
Expiry Date:
Enter the expiration date of the license (dd/mm/yyyy). -
License Front and Back:
Upload the front and back images of the vehicle license. Accepted formats include.jpg,.png,.jpeg, and.pdf.
Once all fields are filled out, click Save to create the license or Save & Create Another to create multiple licenses.
Vehicle Categories
- Motorcycle: Typically for two-wheeled vehicles.
- Light Vehicle: Includes cars and small vans.
- Heavy Vehicle: Includes large trucks and commercial vehicles.

Drop the front and back images of the vehicle license here:
- Accepted file formats:
.jpg,.jpeg,.png,.pdf - Maximum file size: 2 MB
- Max dimensions: 1920x1080 px
Actions
- Save: Save the license details for future reference.
- Save & Create Another: Save the current license and create a new one.
- Cancel: Cancel the license creation process.
