Company
Manage company entries in fleet master, including how to add, edit, and maintain accurate company records.
Viewing and Adding Companies
- Go to the Attributes Management section in the sidebar.
- Select Company from the list of attribute categories.
- Click Add New Company.
- Enter the company name and click Save.
Editing or Deleting Companies
- To edit: Click the Edit button next to a company, update the name, and click Save.
- To delete: Click the Delete button next to the company you want to remove.
Best Practices
- Use official company names to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Avoid duplicate entries by checking existing records before adding new ones.
- Link companies to related attributes (like assets or contracts) when applicable.
Tip:
Use the Company attribute to organize vendors, clients, or internal groups depending on your business use case.
