Dashboard Statistics

Centralized view of all dashboard metrics in fleet master, covering fleets, assets, wallets, fines, vacations, alerts, document expiry, and operational summaries.

Dashboard Overview

The Fleet Master dashboard provides a centralized interface that aggregates real-time operational, financial, and compliance data across the organization. It is designed to offer decision-makers a complete overview of fleet health, fleet readiness, financial exposure, and legal obligations—all in one place.

Fleets

This section displays the distribution of all fleets based on their operational status. It highlights fleets currently active, on vacation, awaiting assignment, or in renewal. Filters enable quick identification by project status, nationality, or onboarding stage.

Trend visualizations show how fleet numbers evolve over time, helping operations and HR teams forecast capacity and staffing needs.

Assets

The asset section provides visibility into issued and tracked items such as SIM cards, mobile devices, GPS units, uniforms, and safety gear. It includes their lifecycle stages: assigned, under maintenance, or written off.

Visual breakdowns illustrate asset categories, usage status, and history of write-offs or maintenance activities, helping managers optimize inventory and reduce losses.

Projects

This view captures the status of fleet-related projects from initiation to execution and completion. It highlights how many fleets are assigned to each project, the progress made, and how active workloads are distributed.

Activity graphs help track daily engagement, project approvals, and team performance across time, enabling proactive project management.

Wallets

The wallets section offers an overview of all fleet wallet activities. It summarizes total balances, issued advances, reimbursements, and categorized transactions like refunds, deductions, or toll fees.

Historical graphs show transaction volumes over time, and category-wise comparisons help identify spending patterns or financial discrepancies across the fleet base.

Fines & Deductions

This section summarizes all financial penalties, including traffic-related fines like Salik and internal deductions related to assets or uniforms. It provides visibility into the reasons for deductions and how they are processed.

Visual comparisons help in understanding which types of fines are most frequent and which departments or fleet groups are affected most often.

Insurances

Here, users get a full overview of active and expired insurance policies for fleets, vehicles, or third-party coverage. The system shows which fleets are covered and highlights those without insurance.

Comparative visuals offer insight into the types of insurance provided, insurer distribution, and upcoming expiry timelines to aid in renewals and compliance tracking.

Vacations

The vacation section tracks all types of fleet leave, including approved, pending, rejected, and upcoming vacations. It also shows fleets that are currently on vacation and flags those whose return confirmations are pending.

Usage analytics provide clarity on vacation patterns across departments, leave types, and peak periods, supporting better planning and coverage.

Alerts & Notifications

This section consolidates document expiry alerts and key compliance warnings. Tracked documents include Emirates ID, passports, driver's licenses, insurance policies, and labour cards.

Alerts are categorized by urgency, such as approaching expiry or overdue renewals. Filters allow users to manage alerts by document type, fleet, department, or timeframe. Each alert links directly to the associated fleet profile for immediate resolution.
