Best Practices for Admin Management

Access Planning

Before creating an admin, define their role, project, and module-level access to ensure the proper permissions and security.

Password Standards

Encourage the use of strong passwords and set guidelines for periodic changes to maintain account security.

Least Privilege Access

Always grant admins the minimum access necessary for their tasks, in line with the principle of least privilege.

Important:

Proper access controls are crucial for protecting sensitive admin and payroll data.

Maintenance Tip:

Periodically review and adjust admin roles, especially when admins are promoted, transferred, or leave the company.
