Uniform Type

Manage uniform types in fleet master to categorize employee clothing based on department, role, or safety requirements.

Viewing and Adding Uniform Types

  1. Go to the Attributes Management section in the sidebar.
  2. Select Uniform Type from the list of attribute categories.
  3. Click Add New Uniform Type.
  4. Enter the uniform type and click Save.

Editing or Deleting Uniform Types

  • To edit: Click the Edit button next to a uniform type, update its name, then click Save.
  • To delete: Click the Delete button next to the uniform type you want to remove.

Best Practices

  • Use descriptive names that reflect the employee role or department (e.g., "Mechanic Safety Gear", "Admin Office Attire").
  • Keep naming consistent across the organization for easier reporting.
  • Periodically review the list to retire unused or outdated uniform types.

Uniform types can be linked to employee profiles, safety compliance, or procurement records.
