Project Execution

Manage the execution of approved projects assigned to fleets in the Fleet Master system.

Banner Once a project assignment has been approved through the Project Initialization Approval flow, it appears in the Execution Queue for final deployment. This section is used by supervisors and managers to initiate and track the actual execution of projects assigned to fleets.

Purpose

The execution step ensures that:

  • After executed Projects are officially linked with fleet
  • Assigned assets and fleets are ready and validated
  • Execution records are properly logged and trackable

Workflow

  1. Appears in Execution Page

    All approved projects pending execution are listed in this section with details like:

    • Fleet Name
    • Project Title
    • Date of Approval
    • Scheduled Start Date
    • Linked Assets
    • Notes from Approval Stage

  2. Confirm Execution

Banner Actions available:

  • Assign project to particular date
  • Assign start and
  • Add optional remarks as notes

Linked Modules

After execution is completed:

  • Fleet profile gets updated with execution record
  • Execution record appears in project reports
  • Project tracking begins in scheduling dashboard
