Best Practices for Attribute Management
Naming Conventions
Use consistent naming conventions for easier identification and categorization:
- City Name – Names of cities used for operations.
- Fine Amount – Fine values and types.
- Vehicle Category – Categorization of different types of vehicles.
Regular Audits
- Periodic Review: Regularly review and update the attributes to ensure relevance.
- Data Integrity: Ensure that attribute names and descriptions are clear and accurate.
- Security: Limit attribute management permissions to trusted roles only to maintain data integrity and security.
Important:
Ensure that all new attributes align with your operational needs before adding them to the system.
Security Best Practice:
Use role-based permissions to restrict who can add, edit, and delete attributes, ensuring only authorized users can make changes.
