Uniform Type Variations

Manage uniform type variations in fleet master to define subcategories or styles of uniforms based on weather, duty shift, gender, or department-specific needs.

Viewing and Adding Uniform Type Variations

  1. Go to the Attributes Management section in the sidebar.
  2. Select Uniform Type Variations from the list of attribute categories.
  3. Click Add New Uniform Type Variation.
  4. Enter the variation name (e.g., "Summer - Driver", "Winter - Technician", "Female - Office") and click Save.

Editing or Deleting Uniform Type Variations

  • To edit: Click the Edit button next to a variation, update its name, then click Save.
  • To delete: Click the Delete button next to the variation you want to r emove.

Best Practices

  • Use meaningful variation names that clearly indicate the context (e.g., "Night Shift - Mechanic", "Summer - Female Admin").
  • Align variations with existing uniform types for consistent assignment.
  • Regularly audit variations to avoid duplication and outdated entries.
