Uniform Tracking & Stock History
Each uniform asset in Fleet Master includes a detailed Stock History view. This section captures all lifecycle transitions for that asset’s stock entries, enabling full traceability from initial stock creation to assignment, returns, and write-off.
What Is Tracked in Stock History?
Each stock entry (under a specific variation) maintains a complete audit trail:

Assigned | Assigned to Fleet or Project (includes quantity, date, note) |
Returned | Returned quantity, by whom, and reason |
Transferred | Company transfer with transfer date and notes |
Write-Off | Initiated and completed write-off with remarks |
Approved / Executed | Who approved/confirmed, timestamps, and signatures |
Return Tracking (Quantity-Wise)
If a uniform is assigned to a user, the Stock History allows initiating a Return:
- Admin/user can return partially or fully based on available quantity.
- Upon return:
- The quantity is added back as an incoming transaction.
- It is marked with status
Returned (Incoming)and becomes available again. - Return logs include:
- Returned by (user)
- Return date
- Quantity
- Reason (optional)

Notes
- Stock history is visible per stock entry and also aggregated per variation.
- Filtering by date range, status, and assigned entity is supported.
- Stock entries that are returned or written off are excluded from Ready to Allocate pool unless explicitly approved again.
