Overview

The Accessory Record Management page provides complete visibility and control over your registered accessories, including all variations, stock entries, and chargeability settings. This helps asset teams maintain inventory hygiene, update financial values, and support accurate lifecycle tracking for each variation.

Key Editable Sections

Each accessory record contains both static and dynamic fields based on the variation configuration. You can edit only a limited set of fields once the accessory has active stock or is in use.

1. Chargeability (Editable)

  • You can toggle whether a variation is chargeable or non-chargeable.
  • If marked as chargeable, the following additional fields appear and are editable:
    • Markup Percentage (%)
    • VAT Applicable (%)

Note:

Once stock is issued or assigned, changing the chargeability may be restricted and require admin-level permissions.

2. Variation-Level Stock Management

  • Each variation of an accessory (e.g., Small, Medium, RFID-enabled) maintains an independent stock ledger.
  • You can:
    • Add new stock entries for a variation.
    • Edit status of stock entries: Standby, Ready to Allocate, Withdrawn, etc.
    • Track stock availability per variation.

3. Document Management

  • Upload or replace supporting documents such as invoices, photos, or technical specifications.
  • Attachments are stored per variation or globally per accessory.

Filtering & Sorting

You can search, filter, and sort accessories using the following options:

  • Accessory Name or Code
  • Chargeable Status
  • Stock Availability
  • Variation Attributes
  • Assigned or Unassigned Stock
