Asset Models

Viewing and Adding Asset Models

1. Go to the Attributes Management section in the sidebar.
2. Select Asset Models from the list of attribute categories.
3. Click Add New Asset Model.
4. Fill in the following field:
   • Name: Enter the model name (e.g., Honda CB 125, Toyota Hiace, Yamaha YBR 125).

Editing or Deleting Asset Models

• To edit: Click the Edit button next to any asset model, make changes, then click Save.
• To delete: Click the Delete button next to the model you want to remove.

Best Practices

• Use accurate and consistent naming for easier reporting and tracking.
• Avoid abbreviations that may cause confusion across teams.
• Periodically review the list to remove outdated or unused models.
