Salary Prioritization
The salary prioritization section allows you to manage salary configurations based on various priority categories, including the minimum salary and adjustments based on priority settings.
Creating a New Salary Prioritization Record
To create a new prioritization record, click on the Create button. The Create Salary Prioritization form includes the following fields:

Fleet ID:
Select or enter the Fleet ID. (Required) -
Minimum Salary:
Enter the minimum salary value for the fleet. (Required) -
Priority No 1:
Select the first priority category. Available options include:- TD PACKAGE
- COD
- SALIK
- DEDUCTIONS
- INSURANCE
- ASSETS
(Required)

Priority No 2:
Select the second priority category. Available options include the same as Priority No 1. (Optional) -
Priority No 3:
Select the third priority category. Available options include the same as Priority No 1. (Optional) -
Priority No 4:
Select the fourth priority category. Available options include the same as Priority No 1. (Optional) -
Priority No 5:
Select the fifth priority category. Available options include the same as Priority No 1. (Optional) -
Priority No 6:
Select the sixth priority category. Available options include the same as Priority No 1. (Optional)
Editing & Deleting Salary Prioritization
You can manage existing salary prioritization configurations by following these steps:
- Go to the Prioritization section.
- To edit an existing prioritization configuration, click the Edit icon next to the record. Update the priority categories and salary details as needed and save changes.
- To delete a prioritization configuration, click the Delete icon to remove it from the system permanently.
Best Practices
Accuracy in Priority Selection
Ensure that the priority categories are selected correctly to reflect the fleet's role, performance, or other criteria that influence their salary adjustments.
Review Regularly
Periodically review the prioritization settings to ensure that salary calculations are up-to-date and aligned with the current business rules and policies.
