Project Fleet Initialization

Predefine and assign fleets to specific fleet projects before onboarding begins.

Send to Approval

Banner

In Fleet Master, once a project is fully initialized and at least one fleet is assigned, it becomes eligible to be sent for approval. This action ensures that no execution or payout can begin without proper verification and sign-off.

The Send to Approval step provides a prompt to add internal Notes, which become part of the approval audit trail.

Workflow

  1. Go to: Project Management > Initialization
  2. Click: Assign Fleet
  3. Select:
    • A project from predefined list
    • A fleet
    • A start date
    • Add notes if necessary
  4. Submit: The initialization is created and listed as Pending
  5. Approval: Admin/project lead can approve or reject
  6. Post Approval:
    • The fleet becomes eligible for execution
    • The assignment appears in Project Approval

Notes

  • Initialization does not activate the fleet — it only prepares the association.
  • This stage ensures project-to-fleet alignment before involving assets, shifts, or pay.
  • Every initialization request retains its own history and approval notes.
