Visa Renewal Overview

This section allows you to manage the details related to visa renewals, including payment amounts, coupon codes, installment plans, and the option to renew contracts for fleets.

Visa Renewal Details

In the Visa Renewal section, you can manage the following details:

  • Fleet ID: The unique identifier for the fleet, such as "GWDS-BR-07056 | Ursa Barron".
  • Coupon: Enter the coupon code if applicable.
  • Total Amount: The total payment due for the visa renewal process.
  • Contract Type: The type of contract, which is "Renewed Visa" in this case.
  • Current Visa Status: The current status of the fleet’s visa (e.g., "Renewed Visa").
  • Installment Plan: Choose the appropriate installment plan for payment.

Fleet Contract Renewal

If you want to renew a contract for a fleet, you can do so from this section. Simply select the appropriate fleet and proceed with the renewal process. This allows for seamless contract management across multiple fleets.

Options

  • Save: Save the details and proceed with the process.
  • Save & create another: Save the current entry and create a new one for another fleet.
  • Cancel: Cancel the process and return to the previous screen.
